How Long Does The Claims Process Take?
The claims process will vary depending on the unique situation, although it must be dealt with within a period of 9 months from the initial application, as stipulated by the Injuries Board. In certain situations, this period can be extended to 15 months. -
Will I Have To Appear In Court For A Personal Injury* Claim?
Personal injury* claims are handled by the Injuries Board and are typically a paper-based process, meaning you will not have to appear in court. In situations where the claim is not disposed of by the Injuries Board, court proceedings will occur.
